These terms explain the storefront, POS, support, AI Studio, and externally managed service plan rules for iBazaary.

Managed storefront service

Paid plans are external managed storefront, setup, hosting, support, and account-administration services for shops.

Website orders remain pending until the shop owner confirms or rejects them inside the POS workflow.

iBazaary provides a private POS app and public storefront tools for shop owners and authorized staff.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for making sure staff access is appropriate for your shop.
You are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, availability, delivery details, customer communication, and order fulfillment.

Plan names shown in the app or website describe external managed services such as storefront setup, hosting, support, custom website work, account administration, and optional AI photo-generation allocation.
The iOS app does not provide an in-app checkout for these managed service plans in this version.
If iBazaary later sells digital features for direct in-app consumption through iOS checkout, the payment flow and terms must be updated before that release.

Storefront checkout records customer details, delivery information, payment preference, cart items, and notes so the shop can review the order.
iBazaary does not guarantee that a website order is accepted, paid, deliverable, or available until the shop owner confirms it.
The shop is responsible for taxes, delivery, refunds, returns, customer service, and any local business obligations related to its products.

AI Studio may process product images and prompts through OpenAI to generate catalog-ready product photos.
Do not upload sensitive personal images, illegal content, or content you do not have permission to use.
Generated images should be reviewed by the shop owner before being used in a public storefront.

Owners can request account deletion from Settings, Privacy, Delete account in the mobile app or by emailing support@iBazaary.app.
iBazaary may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or resolve billing and ownership issues.

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws in Iraq/KRG unless a written agreement with iBazaary states otherwise.
