Privacy Policy
This policy explains how iBazaary handles account, storefront, order, photo, AI Studio, and support information.
Photos and AI Studio
Product photos, barcode images, AI Studio source images, generated results, prompts, and generation records may be stored and processed when those features are used.
Account deletion
You can request deletion in the mobile app from Settings, Privacy, Delete account, or by emailing support@iBazaary.app from the account email.
Information we collect
- Account and shop profile details, including owner name, email, phone, category, address, Instagram, language, currency, and exchange-rate preferences.
- Products, variants, costs, prices, inventory counts, barcodes, product photos, categories, sales, carts, and order history created inside the POS app.
- Public storefront order details submitted by customers, including name, phone, address, delivery city, notes, payment preference, cart items, and order status.
- Support messages and privacy requests sent through the website or support email.
How we use information
- To sign owners in, sync POS data, keep inventory accurate, create storefront pages, accept website orders, send local order alerts, and provide support.
- To administer managed storefront setup, hosting, service tiers, payment history, AI credits, and revenue reporting.
- To diagnose issues, prevent misuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability of the app and website.
Service providers
- Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services for POS accounts, storefront data, photos, and deletion workflows.
- OpenAI may process AI Studio source images and prompts to generate product photos when you choose to use that feature.
- Vercel hosts the public marketing website, support pages, storefront pages, and server routes.
Retention and deletion
- Account deletion removes the shop account, products, orders, website settings, stored photos, and authentication user where the account is eligible for deletion.
- Subscription payment totals may remain in anonymized or archived form for admin revenue reporting, accounting, and fraud-prevention records.
- Active admin accounts may require a support review before deletion so operational access can be transferred or closed safely.
